Joint Letter Regarding Processing Delays for H-4, L-2, and F-1 Nonimmigrants

Compete America joined 27 other business, trade, and educational organizations in sending a letter expressing deep concerns about the extraordinary processing delays for H-4, L-2 and F-1 nonimmigrants. The letter urged the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to take steps to address operational challenges and backlogs and advised that USCIS has tools at its disposal to address the underlying problems.
